UCvirtualmanagement was founded by Rodney Michael.  Rodney was a former manager of a United Country franchisee that opened in a market with three very strong competitors.  Within two years, their operation became the number one real estate office in the region and the first to capitalize and embrace internet technology.

Rodney has enjoyed a career in real estate as an agent and developer.  He captured niches in the regional market that included recreational land of which he listed and sold thousands of acres, commercial property that included bringing healthcare-restaurants-commercial ventures to the area, historic homes that included several of the largest sales in the region and created a benchmark of values.

He has been an innovator in several industries including real estate, insurance, government, finance, and internet technologies.  He has built or been a partner in several ventures that found success early and aggressively.
