Amy McFadden

PRESIDENT

A graduate of Penn State University (B.S. in Forestry) and Winthrop University (M.B.A.), Amy has been the forestry business for over eighteen years.

She started White Oak Forest Management, Inc. eight years ago, and has grown the business to over 50,000 acres of managed land. Amy serves on the SC Board of Registration for Foresters, is the Chair-Elect for the SC
Forestry Association Board of Directors and is a member of the Association of Consulting Foresters.

Will Caulder

FOREST TECHNICIAN

Will brings 8 years of experience primarily in logging &timber harvesting operations, and oversees our brush cutter operation.

Ruskin Dowdy

VICE PRESIDENT

Ruskin brings over 35 years of land management experience to White Oak Forest Management, Inc. After graduating in forestry from Louisiana Tech University, he spent much of his career in forest industry. Managing 380,000 acres has provided Ruskin with silvicultural expertise to manage a variety of landowners objectives.

He manages our hunting lease program for our
clients who wish to generate income with hunt club.

Don Mussman

SENIOR FOREST TECHNICIAN

Don has 40+ years in land management, following graduation from Horry-Georgetown Technical College’s Forest Management Technology Program.

Don is a Certified Prescribe Fire Manager and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our intensively managed forestland and prescribe burning program.

Reed Rimmer

Reed is the newest member of White Oak Team. He is a graduate of Horry-Georgetown Technical College, Forestry-Wildlife Management Degree.
